Cancellations: In the event that you postpone or cancel the photographic coverage of the wedding, all fees collected will be refunded in full, upon written notification, excepting fair market value for services/products already provided.
Upon Review of Original Images: If the client rejects the wedding coverage upon the initial review of the image files, within 30 days of notification of availability, 100 percent of all fees collected will be refunded in full. The initial review can be completed on-line using the TOF web page or by visiting the studio. If the coverage is rejected, the image files will not be permitted to leave the studio, nor will the image files be available for additional review. The images on the TOF web page will be removed. In addition, the client's file will be permanently closed, making image files unavailable to the customer.
Late Review: If the client rejects the wedding coverage upon the initial review, more than 30 days but less than 90 days after notification of availability, 50 percent of all fees collected will be refunded. The initial review can be completed on-line using the TOF web page or by visiting the studio. If the coverage is rejected the image files will not be permitted to leave the studio, nor will the image files be available for additional review. The images on the TOF web page will be removed. In addition, the client's file will be permanently closed, making image files unavailable to the customer. If the coverage has not be rejected within 90 days of availability, the coverage will be considered acceptable.
Delivered Image Files: Once the image files have been delivered, i.e., have left the studio, or sent to the client, the money back guarantee for the wedding coverage is null and void.
Prints: Should a Tessmer of Fairfax print fade or crack, during your lifetime, it will be replaced at no charge.
Children/Portraiture

If the second portraiture session is found to be unacceptable, all collected fees will be returned. The initial review(s) can be completed on-line using the TOF web page or by visiting the studio. If the coverage is rejected, the image files will not be permitted to leave the studio, nor will the image files be available for additional review. The images on the TOF web page will be removed. In addition, the client's file will be permanently closed, making image files unavailable to the customer.

If the portraiture has not be rejected within 90 days of availability, the coverage will be considered acceptable.
Delivered Image Files: Once the image files have been delivered, i.e., have left the studio, or sent to the client, the money back guarantee for the portraiture is null and void.
This guarantee does not apply to "portrait parties"!

Commercial
Commercial assignments are fully guaranteed except for travel expenses outside the Baltimore/DC/Richmond metro area. The two paragraphs immedately below accompanies the invoice and the CD/DVD of both low resolution and high resolution files.

Tessmer, of the firm Tessmer of Fairfax do hereby give to _____ or their heirs, assigns, successors in interest, and legal representatives the irrevocable right to use all photographs individually or together, created by me on DATE, in all forms and in all manners, including composite or distorted representations for advertising, instructional materials, trade or any lawful purpose, and I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished version(s) including written copy that may be created and appear in connection therewith. However, you shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Tessmer of Fairfax from and against any claims relating to your use of the photographs. No disparaging remarks about Tessmer of Fairfax of any kind may appear in conjunction with any of these photographs. Tessmer of Fairfax makes no warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, with respect to the photographs.
Workshops, Classes & Travel
Participants in any workshop or class, under the total control of Tessmer of Fairfax, may cancel withing two weeks of the workshop or class and receive a full refund.
Attendees at worksshops and classes conducted within the Washington, D.C. metro area, under the total control of Tessmer of Fairfax, will have a one time opportunity to receive a full refund aproximately 20% into the workshop or class. In order to be eligible for a refund you must attend the workshop or class!
Tessmer of Fairfax does not offer any form of refund for participants in Photographic Adventures. Please contact the underlying travel company for their refund policy.
